  • How do I sign up?

    You have three options to sign up for our service:
    1) You can sign up online using our online registration.
    2) You can come into our office.
    3) We can have a Sales Representative visit your office.

  • How do I know when my package arrives in Miami?

    When our new system is in place you will be automatically updated via email or SMS when your package is processed at the Miami warehouse. In the interim you can always track your package using the tracking number provided by your supplier.

  • How soon will I receive my package after it is delivered?

    Your package will be delivered to Trinidad within 24-48 hours after receiving; For delivery please allow 24-48 hours.

  • Do you charge actual weight or dimensional weight?

    We charge actual weight on all packages.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept cash, linx and credit card payments and coming soon; you will be able to pay online via PayPal.

  • Can I purchase if I don’t have a credit card?

    Yes you can! We offer procurement services, please call and ask for a Sales Representative for details.

  • Do you receive packages on weekends?

    No, our offices are available for receiving Monday to Friday from 9:00am-4:30pm Miami time. We do not receive on public holidays.

  • Can I pay online?

    Yes, we do accept online payment via PayPal. Give us a call or email and we will forward your PayPal invoice.
